It's Friday, blog day. I did not want to sit at my computer this morning. So we went for a hike. And yes I brought my camera along. It was fairly misty. You could see the snow in the higher elevations. I was loving the green grasses growing. It totally inspired me for an engagement shoot with an outdoorsy couple.
Little one's Hello Kitty hat reminded me of the cartoon "Little Bear"
Oh good we are on a trail
Look at the Moss, which sounded a lot like look at the moose
It was cold! And we kept having to stop to look at moss
Can't quite pick up the moss
I totally lagged behind, taking pictures of everything. Including these rocks.
Digging in the dirt, you have to be patient when hiking with 3 year olds.
See, I told you there was snow.
Yellow and orange moss.
Don't look down.
Take our picture!
She was taking my picture.
Ok, I was impressed by the moss too.
"It feels like carpet"
Talking daddy's ear off.
Insert selfy... Nice hair! I said it was misty. I don't go anywhere without sunglasses.
Anyone else wonder how rocks end up like this.
Pretty much gave up walking the rest of the day.
The green was killing me. I took 15 pictures in this area just of grass. LOVE it!
We HAD to go down to the edge of the river and check things out.
So if you are an outdoorsy couple who would like to do a shoot out on the Kern River, please contact me. This was such a fun and easy hike. I bet in about one month the wild flowers will be blowing up out there. That would be the perfect time for a very romantic outdoorsy shoot.
